Communication is crucial to preventing pissed off customers in situations like this. As a business owner, you should know this. You don't know cause you don't have your own business. What does that matter??? :I see both sides, its hard when you have tons of customers to cater too. I seriously doubt you know the specifics of this particular transaction unless you have a kickass crystal ball. Why not let Ash handle this? It's not your place to tell his customer to be patient, especially when you don't know the details.
And, yes, this board is full of haters. Get used to it. A large proportion of members on this board are well educated and more conservative in their opinions of aesthetics.
